Where Are Your Items Shipped From?
Orders are shipped from our factory warehouse in China.
When Will My Order Be Delivered?
Standard Tracked Shipping is 15-30 Business Day.
After you placed your order, it will be transferred to "Processing". This processing time means we will begin packaging and scheduling delivery for your order. This can take 2-5 days to complete.
After the "Processing" phase is completed, your order will be ready for shipment. We will send you the tracking number via the email that you used when placing your order.
Please keep track of which email you used when creating your order, this is the only place you can access your order information.
We do not ship on weekends.
The Shipping Way We Use
We ship orders by sea or by air. It depends on the battery capacity in the package. Once the goods reaches the destination country, USP,Fedex,TNT or your countries postal-service will take over the shipping.
Please also note that depending on the country we ship we might need to use different courier companies. Customs laws and applications differ from country to country. In some countries we have to send the batteries and chair separately. And they arrive on different dates. Due these regulations and different couriers you may be asked to pay small fees (25-50 dollars) for the chair or the batteries. We always inform you about this but the fees may vary and need to be paid locally. They cannot be paid online by us due to laws and regulations of the related companies...
Which Areas Are Free Shipping ?
All the prices with free shipping are only delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, NOT including Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and Military Bases (AA, AE, AP).
In some countries due to the custom rules the batteries delivered is not allowed.

I Made a Mistake On My order. What Should I Do ?

If you applied the wrong shipping address to your order, you will need to contact us immediately with your proper address.
If your order has been shipped out already, we apologize. There is nothing we can do until the package has been delivered or sent back to us.
You can try calling your local postal service and with your tracking number that was emailed to try and get them to re-route the package. Since we ship from overseas you will need to wait until the package has entered your country before being able to re-route the shipment.

- Where Is My Tracking Number?
All order updates, including tracking, will be sent to the email used to create your order.
If you cannot find the email sent to you with your tracking number, please email us and we will be happy to provide you with the information needed.
- My Tracking Isn't Working, Why?
Tracking takes 3-5 business days (Not Weekends) to initially update.
Sometimes orders can become delayed for various reasons. Random checks through customs, weather, postage strikes. Please note that tracking will be updated once your package gets scanned again once it moves to its next storage warehouse on its pathway to you. If your package is delayed due to external shipping companies, there is no way for us to speed this process up for you.
