- Our policy lasts 7 days after the date you received your product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, clean, not damaged and in the same condition that you received it . It must also be in the original packaging and materials intact.

We can not take the responsibility if the products is damaged in transit. We suggest that you insure your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the wheelchair / scooter is returned damaged, unsanitary or missing any components, including packaging materials, toolkit, etc., those items needing to be replaced will be deducted from your refund. Replacement parts can only be returned if they have not been used and are in their original packaging. A restocking fee will not be assessed on returns of replacement parts, as long as they are still in the original packaging and have never been used. Accessories can only be returned if they have not been used and are in their original packaging. Returns typically take about 1-2 weeks to process, from the date the chair was delivered back to us. Each returned undergoes a rigorous inspection, testing phase, deep cleaning and certification process. Under exigent circumstances, the returns process can take slightly longer. After the return process is completed, the refund will be processed back to the original credit card used to make the purchase. 6. Additional non-returnable items:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery。

Goods damaged as a result of misuse will be subject to a repair and redelivery charge. The customer will be advised of all chargeable repairs before such work commences.

RETURN PROCESS
- To return your product, you should email us first at sales@zuburobot.com.We will let you know the shipment address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over US$100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
