In August 2016, Guangzhou Zubu Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established in Guangzhou Economic Development Zone. which has a German academician research and development team.The predecessor was the core research and development backbone of the Robotics Research Institute of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. More than 80% of the employees have bachelor's, master's and above degrees. The company is committed to the research and development of intelligent auxiliary equipment and intelligent rehabilitation products such as electric power-assisted wheelchairs, power-assisted electric walkers, and speed-regulated electric walkers.

The company has more than 30 core patents, including more than 10 PCT patents. The overall patent layout is dominated by developed countries such as Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea.

The Xingzhe robot we developed has the highest energy efficiency in the world and has a cruise capability of 134km with 0.8 kWh of 54 hours and 340,000 steps, setting a Guinness World Record.CCTV called it the first footed robot with a cruising range of more than 100 kilometers in  human history and was selected as one of Discovery's "2015 Top Ten Technological Record Breakthrough.

The core technology of Zubu is dynamic balance control and intelligent anti-stall control . There are two series of our products. One is based on the all-terrain intelligent power-assisted system, developed a series of products is smart power-assisted shopping rollator, smart power-assisted shopping scooters, smart rear-controlled power-assisted wheelchairs, and smart sports-assisted wheelchairs. The other one is based on intelligent anti-stall control technology, developed a series of products is four-legged walking robots, smart anti-skid shopping rollator, smart anti-skid walker, and smart anti-skid and anti-fall walking aids.
